With increasing storm intensity, do you find that you have more water on your home property than you are able to currently manage? In this short course, you’ll learn how to calculate the rain runoff volume of impervious surfaces (roof, driveway, etc.) and how to best design your landscape to capture that stormwater to create a beautiful native garden. Go home with the confidence to move forward with your home rain garden, bioswale, or conservation landscaping project. Participants will practice the skills acquired in the course on site at the Homefields newly installed stormwater management project.
