Tai Chi and Gentle Yoga

Looking for connection? Join us for this one-hour online Zoom class! Tai chi and Gentle Yoga honor our fluid lunar nature, and invite us to slow down and practice self-care. Gentle movements connect our mind, body and spirit to the farm and earth.

Participants will need a computer or smartphone with internet access and will receive log-in details via email prior to the class. Also suggested are a yoga mat, a chair without arms (dining room chair or folding chair are good) and a blanket or beach towel. Please complete and return this waiver to community@homefields.org before the class begins.

Elizabeth Swope is a 200-hour yoga teacher of gentle, restorative and slow mindful yoga incorporating season, rhythms, and poetry.

Amy Finnegan has worked for 20 years as a physical therapist assistant in outpatient physical therapy.
